Can I try Pro features before committing?
Yes! When you upgrade, you can start with a free trial period. If you decide it is not for you, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is always safe. If you downgrade, you keep all your existing data but may lose access to premium features. Any usage beyond free-tier limits will not be deleted, but new usage will be subject to the free plan limits.
Do both parents need to subscribe?
No. Each parent manages their own subscription independently. Free users can still communicate and use basic features with a subscribed koparent.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
Can I get a refund?
