Koparex is a koparenting management platform that provides tools for custody scheduling, secure messaging, expense tracking, document management, and AI-assisted communication. Koparex is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

3. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Koparex only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to Koparex. By using our platform, you grant Koparex a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services. We will never sell your personal content or use it for advertising purposes.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Koparex offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• Refunds are available within 14 days per our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

9. AI-Powered Features

Koparex uses artificial intelligence to assist with communication. You acknowledge that:

• AI suggestions are for informational purposes only, not legal advice
• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing all AI suggestions before use
• Message content sent through AI features may be processed by third-party AI providers under strict data protection agreements

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Koparex is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Koparex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
